Welcome to Valley View Park, Pavilion #1. The specific address for Pavilion #1 is 137 Pavilion Lane, Altoona. The pavilion seats 46 and includes one (1) accessible spot. Closest to softball diamond and parking for large groups. There is electricity in the pavilion and there is water at the pavilion. There are bathrooms on site and a playground as well. Permit holder will have exclusive use of the pavilion at $100 per day. If you would like to use the soccer field, disc golf, special permission is needed by the County, please call 814-693-3030. The amphitheater is available for rent in 2026. Pavilions are available from 8:00 a.m. to dusk from May 1 to October 31. Garbage bags are available, but must be removed by the Permit Holder before you leave. Charcoal is permitted in the grills at the pavilions. Must be provided by the Permit Holder, leave the charcoal there for the groundskeeper to dispose of.
