Welcome to Valley View Park, Pavilion #2 seats 70. The actual address for Pavilion #2 is 164 Pavilion Lane, Altoona. This includes one (1) accessible spot. This is closest to the softball diamond and parking for large groups. There is electricity in the pavilion and there is water at the pavilion. There are bathrooms on site and a playground as well. Permit holder will have exclusive use of the pavilion. If you would like to use the soccer field, disc golf, special permission is needed by the County, please call 814-693-3030. The amphitheater is available for rent in 2026. Cost is $100 a day for the pavilion and available from 8:00 a.m. to dusk from May 1 to October 31. Garbage bags are available, but must be removed by the Permit Holder when you leave. Charcoal is permitted in the grills at the park only, charcoal must be provided by the Permit Holder, leave the charcoal there for the groundskeeper to dispose of.
