Programs

Children will use small baskets designed specifically for this age group. This co-ed program is designed to help 4 & 5 year-olds learn the fundamentals of basketball. Volunteer coaches will instruct players on the basics of dribbling, passing, defense and shooting while educating players on how the game is played. Each participant will receive a t-shirt.

There are scholarships available for low to moderate income residents of the Altoona Area School District. Each scholarship is $32 with the participant paying the remaining amount of $25. Scholarship registrations with proof of eligibility are accepted online or at the CBRC Office, 2101 Fifth Avenue, Altoona. Call 814-949-2231 if you have questions about the scholarship.
